Welcome to Paradise! Wonderful opportunity to vacation in an ideal mountain location.
This beautiful home is built on an 11.6 private acre land and is perfect for a family reunion, corporate retreat or a friends getaway. The estate is located on a quiet mountain away from busy highways and has beautiful landscaping, private pond, fire pit, hot tub, incredible views and is an ideal place for those looking for serene vacation in summer, autumn, spring or winter.
Great living and entertaining spaces are filled with natural light through windows and skylights. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views while having breakfast and coffee in the gourmet kitchen stocked with the chef's tableware. Read a book or engage in a conversation with friends and family in the sun room. Enjoy lunch with a glass of wine while taking in the views and sounds of nature on the deck or in the screened-in porch. Relax by a stone fireplace in the living room with a cathedral ceiling after a day of kayaking at Emerald lake, biking in Green Forest or hiking at Bromley, fishing at Gale Meadows pond or horse back riding, golfing or playing tennis or spending the day at the lake swimming and sun bathing. Art and food lovers will enjoy a day visiting a local farmers market, shopping in amazing Manchester outlets, eating out at a world-class restaurant, attending a concert at summer chamber music festival or catching a show at the summer theater festival. Animal lovers will love visiting a local farm and The Vermont Summer horse festival. We rented this home for a family celebration of my father’s 85th birthday. The property is beautiful, the home is clean, spacious and comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and great to work with. I would absolutely rent this home again!

We had a great stay with five families, total of 18 people. There was plenty of beds and bedrooms for all. Expansive combined dining and kitchen area. Was an excellent communal gathering space, and yet there were plenty of other sitting areas for those looking for a quiet place. The sunroom and upstairs nook were great for reading. The downstairs rec room kept the tweens occupied with ping pong and pool. The downstairs bar was nice for the adults to have a beer (VT makes the best!) and watch the action. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone, especially on the cold nights. Overall a very enjoyable stay and our host was very responsive when inquires were made. For skiers , the central location to several mtns worked well for our group. We came from MD, MA, NY & NH and all agreed they want to go back

Our stay at the Peru Estate was everything we could have hoped for! The pictures in the listing don't do the property justice as the home, the land and the views are all so much more beautiful than we even expected. The house was in pristine shape and everything was perfectly clean for us when we arrived. The location is perfect. The house is 25 minutes from Stratton Mountain and only about 5 minutes from Bromley Mountain. We had planned a full day ski trip to Stratton and then also decided to go an extra day when we realized how close Bromley was. Julia was so accommodating to our every request. She always responded quickly and kindly to any questions or requests we had!.We simply cannot recommend this property enough!
