The staying is very amazing and unforgettable

Everything, Smart home, clean and has nice view. The owner is very polite as the mother welcomes us very nicely and gave us everything we need. Highly recommend.

Good apartment, rude host

The apartment is really nice. We liked it and we thought it could be one of the places where we would return on regular basis.

Our host Martin turned out to be actually rude person. He charged us by accident 1 guest more. When I politely asked to review suspecting there was done mistake, he started to be really rude and completely ignored me on any way of communication (message, phone, sms). So till all is good and you pay, no questions, requests, etc. -> good. Once you need something -> you as paying customers are treated like a .... It is a pity and at the end bad experience. (Mom of host was very nice though and we send kind regards and gratitude.)

The place is very nice, spacious apartment, large bedrooms, located in the middle of the Stubai valley. The owner is very very nice, very helpful in every little thing we ask or need!! We will definitely recommend it.

Charming, cozy and big apartment with breathtaking views to Stubai valley and Alps

This is the perfect apartment - big, cozy, very beautiful and full of design. You can see that the owners are very in to the well-being of their customers! There was everything that we needed. All the kitchen utensils are there. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. I haven't seen in any other place such a selection of cups, plates, forks, knifes and all the other utensils. Two coffee machines available - pressed and filtered. Beds big and comfortable. One of the rooms has it's own shower and sink. In total 3 rooms, each with a double bed. The terrace is a another success story. Perfect hidden germ in the Stubai alps :) Nobody sees you and disturbs You, chill, sunbath and enjoy the breathtaking view to mountains. Again, a big thanks for the job well done - Martin!! And the hiking trails are starting like direct from the porch of the apartment. :) Did some of them. Perfect! Two car parking slots available. Guests - please mind, shops are not in short walking distance. There is a small one, but with limited working hours. The apartment has not a laundry machine, but the owner offers free laundry service for clients.

Perfect place to stay, love love loved it.

We loved the chalet, a gorgeous place to stay in a beautiful village close to Innsbruck and the Stubai Glacier. The 3 bedrooms are a great size, lovely kitchen, your own outdoor space.. just stunning. Everything you could ask for in an Austrian Chalet.

There really was nothing we didn’t like.. one very small thing, you can hear stomping from upstairs (think a small child lives there).

Great for 8 people

The apartment was great. Big kitchen with all required stuff, also great host to invite us, we will come again I think. If you travel 4 pairs, then it works beautifully. There are 4 double beds.

Only flaw is one toilet for all 8 people, but we managed 🙂

Exceptional

Very well-equipped and spacious apartment up in the hills outside Innsbruck. Very responsive owner and we got really useful advice as to things in the area, that we hadn't noticed ourselves. Beautiful views and a nice front garden. The kitchen had just about every utensil you could want for cooking. Parking is immediately outside the apartment. Overall it was a really well-maintained apartment.

Great apartment with terrace and garden overlooking Stubai valley and glacier

Beautiful and spacious apartment on the ground floor of a 3-storey house, where you can truly relax and feel at home rather than use it just as a hiking base. Large, comfortable rooms and a big, fully equipped kitchen that has absolutely everything you may need and in which holiday cooking is a pleasure. Spacious living room with sofa. Finally, a big terrace and a pretty little private garden where kids can play and parents can barbecue, with amazing views over Stubai valley and glacier. Two parking places. The village itself is idyllic and lovely for families and people looking for peace and quiet. We loved it and will surely return.

The only (small) things we missed were mosquito nets and a washing machine.

Appartement avec jardin et vue de rêve sir les montagnes

Merci pour l accueil chaleureux et amical. Nous avons trouvé l appartement tres agreable et tres comfortable, et la literie excellente. Il manquait 2 petites choses dans la cuisine, et Eva nous les a apportees au plus vite. Une bonne partie de la batterie de cuisine est en inox, dont 1 poele, ce qui est appreciable. La vue est magnifique, il y a des promenades tres chouettes au depart du chalet, et les stations de ski sont accessibles par navette. Innsbruck n est pas loin, et son centre historique est charmant. Et notre chien a apprécié le petit jardin ! Merci à Martin et Eva pour leur accueil !

Le seul point negatif c est qu il n y a qu un WC, qui est dans la salle de bain, donc inaccessible quand quelqu' un prend une douche. Un WC séparé ou supplementzire aurait été pratique, car nous étions 6.

Prima verblijf in leuke vakantiewoning.

Appartement was ruim, schoon en van veel gemakken voorzien. We reisden met twee stellen. We hadden buiten de woonkamer/keuken drie slaapkamers en een badkamer met toilet ter beschikking. Netjes schoon en van veel gemakken voorzien.

Wat een beetje tegenviel was dat er in de beschrijving van de accomodatie stond dat er twee badkamers waren, dat klopt niet. Er was een badkamer met toilet en op een van de drie slaapkamers was een (nette) douche in de slaapkamer. Er was dus geen aparte douche met toilet. Verder was het huis een beetje gehorig, contact geluiden. (We hoorden de boven bewoners stommelen en lopen) (van buiten geluiden geen last). Matrassen waren redelijk (enkele hadden een kuil). Helaas was de eigenaar ziek toen wij er verbleven en was moeilijk contact met hem te maken. (We hadden wat eenvoudige vragen over koffie machine en verlichting) Uiteindelijk zelf opgelost.

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour, l’appartement est très propre, joliment décoré avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir comme à la maison! Le jardin était vraiment agréable ainsi que la terrasse. Tout était vraiment parfait nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Underbara dagar i ett fantastiskt boende.

En jättefin lägenhet, fräsch och fin men ändå rustik. Utsikten är fantastisk. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

Vi fick uppfattningen att själva boendet hade pool och bar. Det finns i närområdet men vid lägenheten finns inget. Det gjorde oss inget men var lite förvirrande.
