We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Benidorm. The location is excellent—close to everything you need—making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Although the apartment is a little on the small side, it didn’t impact our stay at all and we found it perfectly comfortable.
The apartment was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. While it could benefit from a bit of updating in places, it was still a very pleasant place to stay overall.
There were just a couple of minor issues worth mentioning: the freezer compartment in the fridge didn’t have a door and was quite iced up, so it wasn’t usable, and the shower door didn’t close properly. These didn’t cause us major problems, but could be improved.
Despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already rebooked for next year, which says it all!

La cercanía a la playa
Necesita un poco de mantenimiento: una sola lámpara de mesilla y encima rota, grifo del lavabo en mal estado ( se gira al intentar calibrar el agua), soporte del teléfono de la bañera roto.
Falta un escurridor para platos, un simple mantel para la mesa …detalles que se nota que faltan .

Lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicacion, muy cerca de la playa. El apartamento esta muy bien pero es muy pequeño, todo esta muy ajustado. Para 2/3 bien pero ya para 4 ya bastante justito. El apartamento esta reformado y esta bonito.
En estos momentos estan reformando la fachada, una gran obra, y el parking esta inutilizable. En la oficina nos dieron las llaves del parkingy nos volvimos locos buscandolo, para darnos cuenta que no se podia utilizar. La piscina tpco estaba en marcha por esta razon . Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que para entrar al portal hay escaleras o rampa no tiene acceso directo desde la acera, con las maletas y si llevas muchos trastos se hace un poco pesado.
