La ubicación, el aparcamiento y las instalaciones Estaba muy bien reformado,limpio y es muy cómodo.
En algunas ocasiones daba la sensación de un mal aislamiento acústico con respecto a los vecinos.

La situación al lado del mar. Tres dormitorios, perfecto para una familia con niños.
La terraza, mejor que ni la ofrezcan: pequeña y en un patio interno, con una pared muy descuidada. . Solo la utilizamos para colgar la ropa, pero bueno, el mar está al lado y tuvimos suerte con el tiempo! En un dormitorio no había posibilidad de poner la ropa en ningún lado, ni una repisa! Las camas no eran cómodas!
