The location is wonderful. The property is clean and spacious, if a little generic.
We were two friends traveling and booked the space because a futon bed was mentioned. The sheets were not in the wardrobe, but when we called we were told that it was not possible to get any. It was assumed that two people would share a bed and were told we should have specifically requested the listed futon bed when we booked.

The location, very convenient. It was a Monday night. So it was very quiet.
The loudness of the extraction fan in the bathroom. But should be an easy fix.

What a charming apartment in a quaint town, with awesome views of the canals. We loved our stay here. Facilities are in excellent condition, with attention to detail in almost everything. The location is perfect, and they left a little gift basket, too.

Good sized room with basic amenities and supplies. Great central location, but...
The NOISE! Sadly, the location meant while close to everything the noise was horrendous, especially at night. There are several Irish/sports bar type places close by that are open until the early hours. The first night there was singing/shouting and drums at 05:30am.
Do not book if you want undisturbed sleep.
The irony being that they ask you to keep the noise down!
We have left some ear plugs for the next guests.
