Fabulous location in Averio, spacious accommodation and great value for money
The kitchen could be better equipped if being used for dinner prep.

Perfect location for the famous boat rides. Also easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We found parking about 5 minutes walk away. Bring coins for the parking meter. The apartment was very clean and each room had its own wall AC unit. The owners made checking in and out very easy.

Wonderful location and super clean and updated. Lots of room and amenities like washer/dryer, coffee maker and spacious bathroom and shower. Very good A/C and comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful pre-arrival, check-in, and during stay. One of the best we have stayed at in Europe!
