About this apartment rental
The apartment has free WIFI and several Portuguese and foreign TV channels.
It has an excellent location, facing the central canal of the famous Aveiro estuary and the beautiful Rossio garden (with playground) ... Unparalleled view on the city !!!
Maximum occupancy: 6/7 people (double bed, two single beds and sofa bed for 2 people). We also have a tumbler sofa ideal for a child to sleep and a travel cot for baby.
The apartment has:
- Romantic room (with double bed);
- Spring room (with two single beds);
- living room with balcony (view of the Aveiro estuary) and with a sofa bed;
- kitchen;
- bathroom;
- pantry;
- sitting / reading area with sofa bed (can sleep a child). This area is contiguous to the romantic room, overlooking the Aveiro estuary.
It is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or week vacation unforgettable.
Sheets and towels are included; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to cook a meal. We offer Costa Verde dinner service (duo line).
The apartment is located close to major tourist attractions: art nouveau buildings, museums, churches, typical restaurants and bars.
The boats "moliceiro" (boats like gondolas) are within 200 meters, as well as various pastries / bakeries where guests can sample with the famous 'soft eggs' of Aveiro.
The 'Forum Aveiro' (mall with shops, restaurants, cinemas and playground) is 300 mts. At the same distance you can find supermarkets and pharmacies.
The apartment is also up near the train station and several bus stations and is therefore very well located for those wishing to enjoy the day of Aveiro city and night and sightseeing throughout the district.
The apartment is located around 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Barra and Costa Nova. At Barra can visit its lighthouse, the largest in Portugal and the second largest in the Iberian Peninsula and is included in the 26 largest in the world.
When it comes to Costa Nova Beach, one of the first images that stands out is its colorful houses. All in a row, facing the Ria de Aveiro, make marginal a huge color palette with white background, from which highlight the green, red, yellow and blue stripes.

Aveiro is beautiful. Apartment location was just perfect. Close to everything you need to see and the view is amazing from the balcony. Would definitely recommend.
