50 meters away from the magnificent silver sand beach, with a beautiful wooden boardwalk, and several cafes right on the waterfront. Semi-detached 3 story home, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, full laundry room, kitchen, dining and family room. Wi-Fi and cable television. Ample parking space with garage. Terrace overlooking the ocean with seating area and fire-pit. Outdoor barbeque. Historic fishing area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and night-life. Ten minute drive to Aveiro city center with malls, attractions, and trains connecting to all other major destinations in Portugal.

Everything was fantastic. The house, the location, the beach... We found everything we needed. Alex is really nice and very kind and gave us all kind of explanations. Thank you very much! We will repeat the experience.
