Casa de Belmonte

Très propre et très confortable, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée du Douro. La maison était magnifique et la piscine très belle. Un personnel très accueillant et a l’écoute.

Não tivemos pequeno almoço, pois fomos para descansar, recarregar baterias e com o sossego, paz do local conseguimos tal objetivo. Foi fácil dar com o local. Adoramos (eu, filha e filho) a piscina de água salgada.

This is a truly amazing place for a holiday! We came as a bigger group with a few friends and everyone enjoyed it. We stayed in the biggest house which was spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and it was amazing to have so many bathrooms on the house, while staying there with a bigger group. The accommodation was actually better than we expected - we are all used to seeing online photos of places that do not meet reality. Well not in this case! The pool was big enough, the living area with the big table was great, there were also a few places to sit outside and a few local attractions that we went for. We did wine tasting nearby and managed to get proper groceries in the town. The views of the hills and vineyards around the property were stunning! If there were any problems, the hosts always made sure to sort it out for us. Thank you!

The only disadvantage of this place could be the location in the sense that you need a car to get there and to go to shops etc. Uber does not really reach the area, but there are some taxi options available if needed. The wifi works well in general, but struggles slightly when a lot of people are joined to it.
