It’s a great place to sleep in for a few nights

Its a great location, really close to the Soumaya and Jumex museums, bedroom is spacious and the apartment was clean

The bathroom inside the room wasn’t clean, shower had hairs and empty shampoo bottles, There’s another bathroom right outside the room which remained open the entire time letting smells out

Great place if you need somewhere to crash.

Location was great. Pretty clean and good for my purposes.

Staff does not speak English. They repeatedly asked me to confirm arrival time, even after receiving the answer. And I haven't seen any staff members on premises, we communicate via text messages and my translation app.

Not good, I left a night before.

Location

Facilities, the place is 5 bedroom apartment with common living room, kitchen and only one bathroom. Bedrooms, there was ONLY one room with huge beautiful windows, the rest (mine) was a 4 walls room with a bed and a side table. No mirrors, no tv, no AC, no desk to work, bad light, etc. The restroom had NO PAPER, no shampoo, soap, or any basics of the necessary stuff for a hotel like place. Cleanliness, at arrival, the cleaning lady greeted me and gave me a key, walked me to my dark room and tour me the home. The only full bathroom was dirty and trashcan full ands over spilled with trash. The kitchen was dirty and a mess, full of dirty dishes and trash. The shared refrigerator was disgustingly full and dirty. Comfort, the greeting lady gave me ONE towel only. At arrival, I was informed that I had to have a 1,000 pesos deposit in cash at check in. Nobody told me anything about it before. I had a Credit card, but the lady in charge did not have a way to charge and asked me instead to go and get cash out. I stayed 3days, so had to rush to the nearest store to buy, shampoo, soap, water, oh and toilet paper. Maybe is good for long stays, so it’s wort to buy all the things that I just left behind. And in general, I wouldn’t repeat it, will never comeback or recommend LivingRoomie for a short term stay. A hotel is a little more expensive but At least there will be toilet paper and basics necessary things for your stay and to take a shower. Oh, and don’t forget to carry your toilet paper with you every restroom trip 😉

No pude haber elegido un lugar mejor!!!, desde que llegue a Ciudad de Mexico me comunique con Nuri ( la administradora ) para avisarle que habia llegado anticipado, si habia algun inconveniente en dejar las maletas antes, me dijo que No habia inconveniente que podia ir que ya estaba todo preparado para mi llegada, fue tan Dulce su trato que ya me senti super bien Recepcionada!! El departamento esta impecable, me encontre algunas veces con la niña que hace la limpieza, super bien predispuesta para ayudarme.Cada vez que enviaba un mensaje para Nuri siempre me atendio amablemente y receptiva. La ubicacion es excelente cerca del Museo Soumaya, a la vuelta de los supermercados, lineas de autobuses cerca! y barrio muy seguro. Me senti en Casa sinceramente, pude cocinar, lavar mi ropa en la maquina de lavar, los Rommies super tranquilos y buena onda.Tiene una terraza muy bonita con hermosas vistas. Lo elegiría siempre que vuelva, y se los recomiendo, l MUCHAS GRACIAS A NURI!🥰

Una gran opción si buscas buena ubicación, mucha comodidad, y un precio razonable.

La ubicación es más que excelente, ya que está cerca tanto de centros comerciales como de puntos de interés como el Museo Soumaya y el Paseo de la Reforma. Y encontrar transporte alrededor es bastante sencillo por la zona, así que moverte alrededor de la ciudad desde aquí no es problema. Además, al tener accesos controlados es más seguro llegar ahí en las noches o salir temprano en las mañanas. En cuanto a comodidades, tiene todo lo necesario desde una cocina bien equipada, hasta una habitación con una cama confortable y un clóset espacioso, y el baño es más que excelente.

El único punto malo que encontré fue respecto a la regadera, ya que hubo ocasiones donde controlar la temperatura del agua fue imposible, por lo que siempre salía demasiado fría o hirviendo. Esto se puede resolver haciendo una revisión en la presión del agua, para así no tener problemas en un futuro.
