I would not choose this place again for this price.

It was in a good location, safe and quiet.

The bed was uncomfortable—like sleeping on a slab, and it was slanted so it felt like you were falling out of it. It was also difficult to get information from the management (the on-site person was helpful). The elevator did not work and I was on the fourth floor.

Convenient for work travel.

It's well located. Especially for people attending to meetings in Polanco or Virreyes. The cleaning lady did my laundry and she cleaned the apartment every day.

It's an apartment complex without hotel-like amenities. It's only good if you travel alone for work. There's no reception and the person in charge (janitor, maybe) does not speak English. Also, they need better pillows!

Bad

The suite was clean and the cleaning lady was so kind.

I stayed at the ground floor suite and: a) It's loud day and night, so you can't sleep. It's next to the washing machines of the building and you hear them all day long, plus the conversations of everyone passing though the entrance, all street noises, the doorman, the water pump at night, the fridge was so loud that I had to disconnect it. I couldn't sleep a single night because of the noise. b) the Wifi is extremely slow; useless. c) If you want to take a shower you need to plan it since hot water will start running 10 minutes after you open the shower. It's a lot of waster water.

Nice functional property.

It was a nice location with pleasent walks in the area. Free Netflix was a bonus. The cleaner also did our laundry every time she cleaned the room and returned it the same day. Ten minute walk to nearest supermarket ( not cheap unfortunately). Shop close by. The price is reasonable for Polanco.

We actually stayed at a different address than Platon 436. The landlady changed it at the last minute. This meant we had a longer walk to visit relatives. The handyman seemed to have a thing going on the side which sometimes meant unpleasant fumes entering from outside. Had to keep the balcony closed at times. No electric kettle provided!

Very good

Two spacious rooms : bedroom and dining/living/kitchen. This is like a mini-apartment. Very clean.Very quiet. View on a wall and the next door building. Nice small balcony. The only staff I had contact with was the "portero". Basically there to give you the keys and to collect the rent. Luckily, when I needed a taxi, an extremely helpful lady who replaced him went out of her way to help me.

This is not a hotel. So, there is no staff to give you any help or info.

I’ve regret choosing this place

Localization

The host was rude and very unhelpful. He didn't want to give soap and toilet paper. Only after much insistence delivered. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was horrible. There were no cleaning supplies. I will never stay at this place again.

The location was good, it was pretty clean

It was weary semple. Not a good pressure in the shower, they did not refill the toilet paper and barely put shampoo, no conditioner...

Noisy crazy people.

Location

Noisy people, screaming loudly day and night, we complained but no one came to check on it. There was absolutely nothing basic like salt, sugar or even extra toilet paper. No security at all, at times the door was just left open and strange people ringing the door bell at our apartment. We didn’t feel secure and couldn’t get a good sleep at this place.

Lo único atractivo es la ubicacion. Muy chafa, muy viejo, sin elevador funcionando.

LA VERDAD BOOKING DEBE VISITAR LAS INSTALACIONES… ya que este luglar lo unico que tiene atractivo es su ubicación.

Son instalaciones viejas de materiales muy baratos y en mal estado, piso de plastico laminado con detalles de falta de mantenimiento, el sillon gris super manchado y puerco, las puertas y cajones de closet colgadas y no se abren bien de aglomerado viejo y muy mal estado, no te motiva a usar closet y cocina, es un tipo Motel viejo sin mantenimiento, los toalleros y accesorios de baño medio cayendose mal atornillados, la salida de regadera con fuga y arreglada con cinta de aislante negra, las ventanas de baño el empaque deplastico viejo y muy cocino, uno piensa nadie ha dado mantenimiento. Solo los trabajadores pero no una supervisión de un gerente o alguna persona que vea lo que cliente ve.

Buena relación calidad precio.

Es adecuado para dos personas. Una cama king cómoda. Realizan limpieza diaria sin costo si el huésped lo desea. Bien ubicado. Lo más destacado es la muy buena disposición y amabilidad del personal. Hace la diferencia.

La almohada. Una sola almohada flácida que impedía un buen descanso a pesar de la comodidad de la cama.

La cama súper dura!, no dejan escrito o alguna referencia antes de reservar que la habitación está hasta un cuarto piso y que ni siquiera sirve el elevador!, la tele súper vieja no vale el precio, lo único bueno es la ubicación

Algunas cosas buenasy otras decepcionantes

Limpio, amplio con mucho espacio para guardar, bastantes enchufes, bien iluminado y bien situado. Valoramos la ayuda de Jerónimo que nos ayudó muchísimo con todo lo que le pedimos.

Después de 8 noches de estancia, viajamos 5 noches fuera de la ciudad y regresamos por 2 noches más. En la segunda estancia nos dieron la peor habitación, en la azotea, teniendo que subir una escalera estrecha y peligrosísima, siendo dos personas de 74 y 75 años. En las dos estancias, escaso papel higiénico y agua teniendo que comprar nosotros de los dos, un botecito muy pequeño de champú para cada estancia para las dos personas, un bote rellenable de jabón de manos que no funcionaba y una pastilla pequeña de jabón. Un día solo dejaron una toalla de baño, siendo dos personas y 0 toalla de manos. El último día, conseguimos que nos cambiaran a la habitación inicial pero no dejaron cobija y hacía frío de madrugada ya que a los 4 días de llegar inicialmente a esa habitación, se estropeó el calefactor y no lo sustituyeron ni arreglaron. La secadora de pelo tuvimos que pedirla porque no hay en la habitación. El mobiliario de armarios regular, algo anticuado y deteriorado, la regadera del siglo pasado. En resumen, cosas que no serían muy costosas mejorarían notablemente si no estuvieran tan descuidadas.
