I had an incredible stay here. The house is a home, not a rental property, with many lovely personal touches. The view can’t be beat, and the sunsets are sublime. The owner is extremely helpful and easily reachable. My friends and family who came to visit found it comfortable and really relaxing—“you should rent this again “ was the phrase I kept hearing. It was also very cozy when I was there on my own. I hesitate to write such a stellar review because now it will be impossible to get again! Loved it.

The house was fantastic with a beautiful sunset out the back door every night. Even with the most fantastic library in the house, it’s impossible to beat the short stroll down the hill into the Bay. And Cheryl was a delight to deal with throughout the experience. Highly recommend.

Spectacular weekend in this lovely home perched on a virtually private bay beach. We spent most of our time lounging on the expansive deck; beautiful, comfortable setting for enjoying home cooked meals.
Home is designed with great taste; extremely clean and well-organized.
Owners are lovely people and very easy to communicate with.

My family has been traveling to Southampton since 2004. To date, this is our favorite place! The view can't be beat. Words can't express what a great time we had and the memories we made will stay with us forever. We will definitely be back!
