About this house rental

Our summer home is available May through October for Adults and their Children 18 or older. Features include Central HVAC, Cable TV/wireless internet access, and pre-arranged Sanitation pick-up. Three bedrooms, 2 full baths: master bedrooms with queen beds, guest bedroom with twin beds. Private fenced in back yard, outdoor shower, brick patio with wrought iron furniture, and Weber Charcoal Grill. Walking distance to Serene Gardens- Fresh vegetables and seafood market, and Foster Memorial Long Beach. Less than 15 minute drive to the Village of Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Shelter Island.

This was a delightful house. The owners provide everything you need to spend a quality vacation. The house is about 2.2 miles from the village of Sag Harbor, so bicycles would be great to have, unless you are a big walker. Everything in the house is clean and well maintained.

The perfect house for our vacation. Fits six comfortably. Nice back yard with patio table and chairs, fire pit, lines for hanging up wash or wet beach towels. Big dining table, comfortable beds, well provisioned with towels, beach towels, paper goods, etc. An easy drive into town, to Long Beach( 3 minutes) and to Ocean (20 minutes). Very quiet neighborhood and great for a short after dinner walk. Wonderful time of year too with temperatures in the 80's. We would definitely go back.
