Highly recommend Joseph and Tara's place for a wonderful getaway in Southhold. The house was immaculate and well organized, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Joseph was very responsive and the guidelines for staying there were clear and reasonable. We highly recommend Croteaux vineyard which is a short drive away. We are excited to stay again!

This home was very clean and orderly. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC! It had most of what we needed. The queen bed was soft but squeaky- it was noisy every time I rolled over which made the stay a little less restful. The bottom of the bunk bed was described as “thin memory foam” by the person sleeping there, though they enjoyed sleeping on the couch. We ran the dish washer everyday because there were a limited amount of dishes. I wish there had been soap or shampoo or anything in the shower. I couldn’t find scissors anywhere! If you want to stay in a families beloved beach house- this isn’t it. It is a totally adequate and very cleanly place that feels like no one lives there. That’s not a bad thing, but you should know what you’re booking.
