About this house rental

This charming Southold village house sits on a half acre with a back deck overlooking a sweeping backyard. Newly furnished and freshly painted, it is centrally located to wineries, bay and sound beaches and is a short walk to shops. Enjoy the sunset on the deck or in the hammock and maybe get a glimpse of a deer family that often walk by. Come enjoy all that the wonderful North Fork has to offer!

Taxes: as of 2023, Suffolk County is requiring us to charge 5.5% tax per booking, please note this is in addition to State of New York sales tax of 8.625%, hence the total taxes due are bundled together for a total of 14.125%....

Nice setting, big porch and yard. Comfortable furniture in living and dining rooms, good beds. Easy to check in and out. Two suggestions: top half of stairs going to bedrooms really, really needs a railing and oven looked perfectly clean but set off fire alarm when I tried to use it.
