The 1600-square-foot home, on a private acre, is designed for a couple or small family in mind. The home features a fenced-in pebbled patio with charcoal Weber grill, an outdoor shower and a grassy yard. The first floor opens to a sitting room, an eat-in-kitchen and a TV den, plus half-bath. Upstairs are 3 carpeted bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a private office. Included are: a Southold beach-parking permit, Trash pickup, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Pets okay. Permit 0343

I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Property is fairly new and well maintained. Located on a quiet street. Fair bit of outdoor space to relax or grill. Short walk to McCabes beach. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
