Amazing location for driving to the NEC, plenty of beds for large groups and almost as many showers which was unexpected. Large ASDA very close by which is really useful.
Most beds were fine, sofa bed however was not comfortable, but depending on your group size you may not need it. Also we visited on a hot weekend and we couldn't find a key for windows. Luckily not all were locked.
