Good host, and overall process very smooth. Clean tidy house, and nice touch to have some milk in the fridge to make a brew upon arrival.

It is obviously used a lot; some aspects starting to get a bit tired. Carpets in particular. Bins out the back still full of old rubbish.

A great place to stay when travelling to the NEC for a conference.

The host was very accommodating when we had to change our booking last minute. They worked quickly and efficiently to insure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, tidy and in a great location. We will be back next year!

Cheer competition weekend stay

This place was so clean and modern. We didn't want for anything. David the owner was excellent. Only 10 minutes drive from NEC, Resorts world, Birmingham International train station and the airport. Will definitely come go back.

great house, clean tidy and exactly what we needed

clean and tidy. host called with all info neede for access. close to supermarket and NEC exactly what we needed for the weekend

communal space for 10 in a group was a bit cramped at night for catching up but we made it work :)

Superb

Well had a nice warm welcome from our host David who gave us all a run through on rooms etc and we were provided with some milk bread water and cereal which was a nice touch ! The house was clean comfortable and well equipped! Hand for NEC which was around £13 in a taxi

Great property, perfect for NEC visitors

The whole house was clean and well presented. Milk and fresh bread was provided and nice soft clean bedding and towels. Plenty of parking and a 5 min drive to the NEC which is the reason we were there.
