Awesome large house with great access to the NEC

the host was extremely helpful even when we had an issue late at night they stepped up very quickly to get us sorted. the location is really great if you are going to any events at the NEC. would be a great property for larger families. the pictures online looked good but in person exceeded expectations.

the bathrooms were a little cramped, this is the only criticism I have for the nicest place I have ever booked on this website.

The property was absolutely spotless, modern and had everything we required. There are tv's in the bedrooms with netflix etc, Beds were really comfy. The host met us at the property to give us the keys, and was so helpful & friendly. I would 100% recommend this beautiful place.

The owner of the house was amazing, he met us at the house and nothing was too much for him, he kept in contact all throughout the weekend to make sure everything was OK. The house is decorated to a very high standard, and was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable We attended a event near the nec and the location was within driving distance. We attend company events every 4 months in Birmingham and we will definitely be booking again and returning

The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect along with excellent parking—plenty of space and super convenient, which made everything stress-free. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was just as described. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing stay. Would definitely book again!

"I had an amazing stay at this property!! The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed and more. We had traveled to spend time with family and when we arrived it had a homely feel which was nice enabling us to just relax . The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the local amenities and in a lovely quiet peaceful neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!" Me and my family really loved our stay at this beautiful property. The host came down and handed the keys and gave us a tour around the house, was a very polite and professional. The house has been refurbished to a very high quality and every room meets the needs of the customer staying. I will definitely highly recommend this property to everyone. Absolutely loved our stay! I am so grateful to the host as we were travelling from another city and experiencing issues on the journey there, however the host was so nice and gave us a late check in. He was very accommodating and gave us a tour around the house, including showing us how to use the facilities and even checked in on us during our stay via call to see how we were getting on and if we had any questions. The house itself is very beautiful, including the garden and we could not be happier! Very much looking forward to staying here again!

The only issue we had with the property is the heating. All the rooms on the ground floor seemed to heat up very nicely, however we found that the bedrooms were freezing cold. (Our stay was in Dec) This did make sleeping a little difficult as weren’t able to warm up but this could purely be that we weren’t getting the hang of using the controls.
