Ian was a great host and he excellent in giving knowledge of the local area., The accommodation and location was excellent , with the town centre of Forfar being a short 10 minute walk away. I would certainly recommend this guest house to anyone.

Great host beautiful scenery and awesome breakfast!
The location was hard to find The GPS took us all over it's in a subdivision and a little bitty sign we passed 3 times, get there in the daylight because after dark it's impossible to find without bothering the whole neighborhood!
