I love this apartment and will stay here again next time I am in the area.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will stay here again when I next visit Duren. The apartment is wonderful! Modern, spacious and extremely clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. (Note, however, the description states that there is a balcony but there is no balcony). It is right in the middle of town and within walking distance of the Train station which is convenient.

I can only stay here when I am not driving as there is no parking available. When I stay here I cannot bring my dog as no pets are allowed. There is a pub Beer Garden near to the back windows so at weekends this can be a bit noisy at night.

Sauber und Zentral

Es ist super sauber und die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Die Küchenutensilien sollten deutlich aufgestockt werden. Es fehlt an ausreichend Besteck, als auch Schüsseln zum Essen. Die Einrichtung (besonders das Badezimmerregal) zeigt teilweise deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, allerdings mit vielen Fehlern behaftet

die Vermieterin war zur vereinbarten Check Zeit nicht vor Ort. Auf einen Anruf äußerte sie in unfreundlichem Ton, wir sollten 30 Minuten warten. Als ich das ablehnte, stand auf einmal 2 Minuten später ihr Sohn und öffnete die Tür. Die angegebene Abholadresse stand nicht auf der Klingel. Der Sohn war ebenfalls äußerst unfreundlich und nahm nicht mal sein Musik Gerät aus dem Ohr. Uns wurde verboten, zu kochen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist ein schlechter Witz, sie ist gerade mal für ein Kind geeignet, und es fehlt an einem Laken, so dass man sich ein Handtuch holen musste, um nicht auf der bedeckten Matratze schlafen zu müssen. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen laut durch Straßenverkehr und Bahnverkehr. Es gab viele kleine Mängel, wie zum Beispiel ein defekten Wasserhahn am Waschbecken auf der Toilette, so dass man sich dort die Hände nicht waschen konnte. Wir raten eindringlich von einer Buchung ab, zumal die Wohnung auch vollkommen überteuert ist.
