We cancelled the rent and we did not recover the money.

The location.

The owner lied about the rooms. In the add it says two bedroom apartment. Actually is one bedroom and one couch in the livingroom.

Visiting Family

Very clean and kitchen was well Equipped. Close by to city main train station , shopping area and local restaurants were 7 min walk from the property.

Tile floors were cold , remember to bring house shoes. Parking is restricted at location.

Bonito apartamento, bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario y anfitriona muy atenta

El apartamento está muy bien y la ubicación te permite aparcar fácilmente y acceder a comercios y restaurantes andando. Está muy bien equipado, no echamos nada en falta. El acceso al apartamento es totalmente autónomo y la anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada porque es un poco complicado encontrarlo al no dar a una calle principal, especialmente de noche como fue nuestro caso. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Tan solo haría una sugerencia y es que compartiese la ubicación desde la puerta, para encontrar el acceso de forma más fácil.

"Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement propre et confortable.

En revanche, petit désavantage : il est difficile de trouver l’endroit lorsqu’on arrive très tard, surtout sans le numéro de l’appartement. Cela mériterait d’être précisé à l’avance."

nie wieder in diese Unterkunft

Es gab keinen Parkplatz. Mann musste Gebühren für einen öffentlichen Parkplatz bezahlen. Es hatte moderich gerochen in der Unterkunft. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Würden wir nie wieder nehmen.

Enttäuschend…

Die Wohnung wurde angeboten mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Es gab aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit 4 Betten!!! Für 4 Erwachsene gab es im Essbereich nur 2 Sitzplätze

Gute Ferienwohnung

- Lage sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen - Geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit automatischen Rollläden. Betten sind groß & gemütlich - Kaffeevollautomat - Self-Check-In und Self-Check-Out - Vermieter freundlich und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen - kostenpflichtiger öffentlicher Parkplatz "P2 Hoeschplatz" direkt in Wohnungsnähe - Sauberkeit (an schwerer erreichbaren Stellen könnte es noch ein Ticken gründlicher sein, ansonsten alles super). Fazit: Gute Ferienwohnung mit noch etwas Potential nach oben, wenn noch auf Kleinigkeiten & Details geachtet wird.

- Wohnung roch beim Ankommen nach Zigarettenrauch. Wurde jedoch während des Aufenthalts etwas besser. - Raumduft bzw. Diffuser in der Wohnung für unseren Geschmack etwas zu stark bzw. penetrant.

Alles in Allem eine schöne, kleine Wohnung mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und freundlichen, hil

Saubere, kleine Wohnung mit großem Schlafraum. Rollos an allen Fenstern. Gute Lage. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum ZOB, Marktplatz oder Fußgängerzone. Freundliche, gut zu erreichende Vermieter.

Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer war für uns, die wir mit Schwarz-Weiß-Röhrenfernseher aufgewachsen sind, schwer zu bedienen.

Glücklicherweise nur ein kurzer Stopp

Die Wohnung hatte scheinbar schon bessere Zeiten. Ein Teil der kaputten Holzverkleidung der Wand lag auf dem Fensterbrett. Im Bad war es sehr feucht und nass (sicher weil das Wasser bei der Dusche herausläuft). Ein Raumduftsprüher sprüht die ganze Zeit Duft , sonst wäre sicher ein unangenehmer Geruch vorhanden. Für uns war es nur eine Nacht , zur Durchreise, daher haben wir das überstanden. Länger hätten wir uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt. Parken ist schwierig und auch sonst keine schöne Gegend.

wohnung war gross und geräumig und sehr grosszügig eingerichtet und der Preis stimmt

Kein Parkplatz, teilweise auch auslad schwierig, Parken auch am Hoechplatz umständlich, Stühle unbrauchbar, Besitzerin kaum erreichbar, Kontakt mühsam, Spülung lahm, Wohnung etwas stickig.... , nicht für Senioren zu empfehlen.

Hervorragend

Die Ausstattung ist super! Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine sowie Gewürze, Öl, Messer Pfannen usw. Außerdem war Sarina immer super erreichbar und hat geholfen wo sie konnte. Ich hab mir sehr viele Inserate in Düren angeschaut und bin sehr froh diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Ein- und Ausladen kann man dank dem Innenhof, trotz Großstadt super Bequem ohne langes Schleppen. Danach stehen genug Parkplätze ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt zur Verfügung.
