Nice clean space to spend night

disappointing

Location - I chose the location just because it was close to my sister’s house

The owner attitude. The first “welcome”message after our arrival was to leave the apartment perfectly clean and to collect all the garbage after us. BUT, appartment was not clean at all - stains on the wall, sofa, armchairs, kitchen, cobwebs on the walls when we checked in. The only request we had was to give us bath towels (in the apartment was just one small for hands for a family of 3), was ignored so we bought towels.

It was in an awesome location and within walking distance to the city center and only a couple blocks from our family's apartment! It was a great value for the money and we really enjoyed staying there!

Could have used napkins and salt for food in the kitchen, and maybe a second mattress/box spring for the bed, since it was very low. But it was still comfortable!

Nice apartment in decent location, but check-in could have been much smoother.

The apartment was very nicely furnished. It was close to the centre.

The check-in process ended up being stressful, since the key to the apartment we booked was placed in a different box than the one we were told to open. It was eventually resolved with whatsapp communication. This is probably not the host's fault.

Überall Flecken. Betten durchgelegen . Schimmel im Bad Küche unsauber. In einem Zimmer war ein Schalter aus der Wand gerissen. Kein Besen. Unsauberer Backofen Und das schlimmste, die Heitzung hat nicht funktioniert. Es war kalt!!!!! Kein Kleiderschrank und und und

Logement propre et spacieux

-pied de table cassé -pas de pile dans la télécommande -impossible d accéder à la télé via le bouton et télé trop ancienne pour y mettre les codes wifi (qui d ailleurs ne nous ont pas été donnés à notre entree). - logement réservé pour 4 personnes mais il n y a pas de table et que 2 tabourets pour un mange debout (trop haut)de 2 personnes. Nous avons donc dû manger à tour de rôle. -dans la salle de bain, la douche ne se vide pas assez vite donc nous avons dû éponger le sol. L eau est chaude et devient glacée au bout d à peine une minute. Les miroirs ne sont pas accessible pour des personnes de moins d 1m70!

1.es war nur teilweise Besteck vorhanden, 2.Ferseher ging nur teilweise(kein Bild) 3.für Kinder 6Jahre keine Möglichkeit zum frühstücken da Tisch viel zu hoch und locker 4.Hundegebell die ganze Nacht 5.Haschichgestank im ganzen Haus und teilweise auch in der Wohnung, 6.keine gute Beschreibung zwecks Parken, welcher Stellplatz gehört zur Wohnung,7. Betten nicht optimal und teilweise durch, im großen und ganzen, nicht empfehlenswert

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Zustand der Wohnung weit unter den Erwartungen

Die Lage war ok.

Wir hatten die letzte Rezension gelesen und uns trotz der darin erwähnten Mängel auf die Zusicherung des Vermieters verlassen, dass diese behoben worden seien. Leider entsprach das absolut nicht der Realität. Die Fotos bei Booking.com stammen offenbar von der Anfangszeit der Wohnung – der aktuelle Zustand ist davon weit entfernt. Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt stark renovierungsbedürftig: Wände mit Flecken und Verschmutzungen, schmutzige Vorhänge und generell ein abgewohnter Eindruck. Es standen keinerlei Reinigungsutensilien für den Boden zur Verfügung – für vier Personen und eine ganze Woche absolut unzureichend. Besonders bedenklich: In der Dusche war roter Schimmel in den Fugen zu sehen (Foto vorhanden), und hinter dem Bett im Wohnzimmer zeigte sich eine schwarze Verfärbung an der Fußbodenleiste – was genau das war, ließ sich nicht feststellen. Auch lösten sich die Abschlussleisten zwischen Flur und Wohnzimmer bereits von der Wand. Nach einer sechsstündigen Anreise waren wir schlicht zu erschöpft, um direkt in eine Diskussion zu gehen. Rückblickend wäre es besser gewesen, gleich zu reagieren. Insgesamt ist der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht akzeptabel – eine grundlegende Renovierung wäre dringend nötig.

Das die Wohnung mit Aufzug zu erreichen ist.

Es hat uns eigentlich nichts gefallen, sodass wir die Unterkunft am Sonntag Abend verlassen haben und die Heimreise angetreten haben. Es waren Flecken auf Couch, Sessel und an den Wänden in dem einen Raum gegenüber vom Bad. Die Küchenschränke sind sehr hoch angebracht, für kleine Menschen wie ich schwer ranzukommen es war nichts da wo man vielleicht Raufsteigen könnte z. B. eine Trittleiter oder ähnliches. Der Backofen war nicht sauber einfach fettig, es fehlte Spülmittel, Lappen zum Abwaschen, bei den Handtüchern war ein großes vorhanden, die anderen waren kleine Handtücher. Und wenn ich zu dritt Anreise und es steht bei Ausstattung Handtücher gehe ich davon aus das für jeden ein Großes und ein kleines vorhanden ist. Im Bad fehlte Shampoo, Haarwaschmittel. Da waren nur 2 Flaschen Seife eine beim Waschbecken was auch in Ordnung war und in der Dusche eine Flasche Seife. Die Betten waren zum schlafen in Ordnung. Hatte aber am morgen kleine Stiche oder Bisse am Bein und es sind keine Mückenstiche. Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich war schon in verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
