Room with much potential but badly executed

Location is great, price was great. Never had trouble parking on the property. Check in instructions were very clear.

Was not clean. Found dust everywere and even old socks and a packet of condoms under the bed. Mattress had a sigaret burn in it, that could be seen through the sheets. Room smelled of sigaret smoke.

disappointment

The host did not react at all to our messages (the first one sent immediately upon arrival, late afternoon). There was no access to any streaming services (which was advertised) and we could not receive television at all! The 'parking on site' was not available, there was no information regarding where to park and in the street we were fined immediately.

Very nice little apartment in a great location

Very nice room in an excellent location. Close to the centre of Düren, within walking distance. Also 20 minutes drive to the Eifel National Park. Spacious room with comfortable bed and a nice little kitchen to use. We would gladly stay there again.

It was all very nice, although a couple of things could be a bit better. Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner. We found used towels there that probably were forgotten. Also the fridge had some food inside. Not sure whether it was from the host or from the previous visitor. We missed some human interaction as well. We didn't see anyone neither during checking-in nor during checkout. Despite all these we were more than happy staying there

Bardzo słabe doświadczenie.

Jedyne to wygodne łóżko.

1. łazienka bardzo brudna, zasłona od prysznica wisi tam chyba z 15 lat, dół zasłony aż czarny z brudu, obok toalety plamy po moczu, w koncie stoi połamany kosz (nie wiem do czego w ogóle służy), pod prysznicem klapka ciągle stuka bo jest słabo przymocowana. 2. „Kuchnia” naczynia, garnki, sztućce, szklanki oraz kubki okropnie brudne, wszytko musiałem myć dokładnie żeby w ogóle użyć, grzałki wbudowane koło zlewu po włączniku do kontaktu wywalają korki, natomiast w szafce pod zlewem jest druga grzałka której można użyć, kosz na śmieci po wyjęciu worka okropnie brudny. 3. Salon, dywan leżący na podłodze chyba nie był nigdy pracy, śmierdzi od brudu, telewizor posiada dwa piloty którymi nie można włączyć tv, ani dać głośniej i ciszej, można to zrobić bezpośrednio na telewizorze, obok łóżka stoi konstrukcja która ma przypominać wieszak, natomiast cała się kołysze - nie polecam wieszać ciuchów. Na korytarzu idąc do pokoju śmierdzi strasznie papierosami aż jest to odrzucające, ściany są tak cienkie, że słychać sąsiadów i pana który bardzo mocno chrapie 🙄 W wiadomości na booking właściciel pisze o posprzątaniu, umyciu naczyń oraz wyniesieniu śmieci więc za co bieżę dodatkowe pieniądze w wysokości 35€ od rezerwacji?! Drogi właścicielu, proszę dobrze zadbać o czystość w całym mieszkaniu, nowa pościel (poduszki są starannie wyrobione) nowy telewizor, płytę kuchenną aby móc wynajmować i wiedzieć, że ktoś tam będzie chciał jeszcze wrócić. Bardzo przykre doświadczenie a zaznaczam że bardzo dużo podróżuje po całym świecie i korzystam z booking.
