The family who run this place are extremely friendly and kind, they really made you feel like home. They are very open to share their culture and stories. I’ve learned a lot of Balinese culture through them. They also invited us to attend the Galungan ceremony to the temples which was a very wholesome experience. The place itself it’s like a beautiful temple, very calm and serene. They also clean your room everyday, water and tea available throughout the day. Very grateful for having stayed in there.

Loved everything, even more beautiful in real life. The family were so sweet and attentive, room was exceptionally clean and the location is perfect xx can also hire moped here also great breakfast

Our stay at Sahadewa House absolutely exceeded any expectations. Wayan and his family were so kind and welcoming. It is quite magical to be able to stay with locals in a traditional Balinese home. They were very attentive to guests, and the home and guest areas were always spotless. They gave us great suggestions on places to eat, visit. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Ubud, Bali.
