It was so spacious, clean and close to everything

It was so spacious, clean and close to everything. I can’t fault this apartment. Almost everything had a QR code which had an instructional video attached to it. I’d definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Clean, quiet and with everything you need!!

The location was clean and quiet and you had everything you need for your vacation in Florence. Near the city center and surrounded by local restaurants that you will enjoy. I recommend this place for a stay in lovely city Florence.

Superb

Communication was great with the owner. Property was exceptionally large, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood restaurants were good for dinner and breakfast. We would recommend and stay again.

Some might find the walk to the center of Florence a bit far, but we enjoyed walking along the river and being a bit off the beaten path and away from the crowds. The mattress in the 4th bedroom was a bit uncomfortable and we couldn't figure out how to make a decent cup of coffee with the complicated coffee pot.

The hospitality and service provided by Andrea, deserves to be highlighted, very helpful from beginning to end, always available to clarify everything from parking to restaurant recommendations. The apartment is as described in the pictures, very spacious comfortable and clean. The location is perfect in a quiet zone but you can reach Florence center in minutes by walk

Ver nice flat in Firenze!

The flat is just amazing, very modern, a lot of space, nice decoration! We were 7 persons and we had enough place for sure. There is everything needed, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Plus, the owner Andrea made us feel very comfy in his flat. Thank you!

Great location, very comfortable and spacious for 6-7 people

Everything was really nice! It was our second trip to Firenze and the accommodation this time around was much better. The first time we stayed at a hotel in the city center (near the Duomo) but it was damp and dark as most hotels in that crowded area. This time we made a great choice, as the apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was also unexpectedly interesting. Every morning we had truly great coffee and pastry at Millefoglie (very close) and had a bunch of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Walking to the city center and main landmarks every day was also very satisfying, as we had the chance to explore the city much better. It’s also just 15 min walking distance from S.M. Novella train station, which was great for a day trip to Siena. We will definitely come back.

Good location - grocery store 2 min walk away, restaurants all over, yet not touristy. Childrens playground at the back of the house. Quiet and peaceful, yet in the centre. Very clean and well equipped apartment, comfortable beds, very helpful owner.

Amazing apartment!

This apartment is very spacious and was perfect for 7 people. It was very clean and decorated beautifully! There is air conditioning, a washer and dryer, 2 large bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. There is a fruit and vegetable market next door. I highly recommend this apartment!

The most perfect apartment and host and really enjoyed Florence.

The location was perfect being near all attractions and in a truly authentic old part of the city. Nearby there were supermarkets, restaurants, shops with an excellent fruit and veg shop outside and a shop with amazing bread and ham etc across the road. The restaurant 3 doors up was amazing and highly recommended. The apartment itself was large and comfortable with everything you could wish for. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher etc etc. Wifi worked well and TV was set up with surround sound speakers. Andrea was unfortunately not available however Sibilla from the Management Company was brilliant and communication with her was easy and timely. We even met the cleaner due to an error on my part turning up a day before I had previously confirmed - though the date I had booked it for. Everyone worked hard to ensure everything was perfect on arrival when they realised we were arriving on the Monday and not the Tuesday as I had wrongly advised. They went out of their way and I really appreciate this as it was my error. Unfortunately we were only there for a week when the country was locked down and we had to leave 3 days early . Sibilla came out on the Sunday to return our deposit and Andrea himself contacted me to arrange a refund for the unused days. This is just amazing and one cannot really tell how people are when everything goes well but how they are when things go wrong speak a thousand words and this Host is just the best. We hope to go back to Florence one day and when we do we will stay in this apartment again. Thanks Andrea and Sibilla. Viva Italia.

The places was great for our group of 6 people. Everyone had their own room and the beds were really comfortable. The best is the location. It's only a 15 minute walk from ponte vecchio and the area is very quite. There are bars and restaurants really near so we didn't have to spend anything on transport. Also, we enjoyed the espresso machine quite a lot.

Nothing really, but I'd prefer not to pay a security deposit in cash.

The apartment was outstanding. The location was perfect, the host extremely helpful and accommodating, the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a plus during the heatwave. We were 7 adults.

Séjour parfait, conforme à nos attentes

Appartement au deuxième étage, conforme à sa description, lumineux et des pièces de belles taille et bien équipé Relation avec le propriétaire facile et rapide Epicerie bien achalandé au pied de l'immeuble, une boulangerie, et un petit supermarché dans la rue d'à côté. Bar et restaurant divers dans la rue Appartement situé à 10-20 mn à pied du centre, ponté vecchio, galerie des offices, Dommo, etc.. et sinon arrêt de bus devant l'appartement.

Non du fait du propriétaire, mais le "garage central" conseillé (mais de toute façon il n'y en a pas d'autres à proximité) fait le job...mais faut pas être pressé. Vous les appelez et ils viennent...plus ou moins vite.... et plus ou moins à l'heure

Parfait pour nos besoins

La réactivité de la gestionnaire de l'appartement qui a répondu à nos demandes (d'information ou de service). Et nous a laissé un excellent café pour le séjour. La taille de l'appartement, spacieux et idéal car nous étions 4 amis. Relativement calme (sauf la chambre donnant sur la rue, et encore, c'était surtout le matin qu'on entendait la circulation). L'appartement est à côté d'un excellent marchand de primeurs, en face d'une bonne boulangerie et à 2 minutes d'un supermarché bien approvisionné et très suffisant (Conad). Il y a énormément de restaurants dans le quartier. L'emplacement dans un quartier sympa, même s'il faut une 20e de minutes à pied pour arriver au centre. Après des journées de marche, nous avons fini par prendre des taxis (pas très chers à 4), et aurions dû étudier les bus. Il y en a. Globalement, une bonne expérience. Pour nous, c'était parfait.

Rien. Il manquait quelques éléments pour faire la cuisine (comme une casserole de plus) mais rien de fondamental. Par contre, si vous voulez impérativement être à côté des sites touristiques, l'appartement pourrait être considéré comme trop loin. Savoir qu'il est au 2e étage sans ascenseur. Pas adapté si les escaliers posent problème.
