This home offers 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with twin bunk beds) as well as a sleeping alcove with a twin sized daybed and a twin sized trundle bed. The house also has 2 full bathrooms, each renovated from top to bottom in the winter of 2016. The new kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a full sized washer and dryer to ensure that you have all of the comforts of home on hand.
Park your car in one of the many private spots reserved for you and take a 3 minute stroll to the beach or into the quaint seaside town of York Beach. Restaurants, shops, York's Wild Kingdom (zoo and amusement park) and an ice cream cone await you!
We have a pack-n-play with a changing station available, as well as a child's booster seat for feeding. The kitchen is stocked with children's sized dinnerware, cups and cutlery. We also have a selection of children's books, puzzles and games on hand, for your use.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The house is lovely, clean, has excellent views of the ocean, and is in a great location close to the beach and town. The kitchen is well equipped with great new appliances, and the dining room table accommodated our group of 7 well. We also appreciated having games, puzzles, towels, boogie boards, and chairs for the beach.
All in all, this was a great place to stay!

The listing pictures are accurate: Oceanfront atop a rocky bluff, with the beach visible and a 3 minute walk. Recently redone kitchen and baths are gorgeous. The house is well maintained and well appointed. Restaurants and small shops are a quick walk and downtown York, Kittery and Ogunquit are a 10-15 minute drive.The owners are very commutative and care about your stay. The best recommendation we can give is we are already planning to return next year!
