About this house rental
This 2300+ sq.ft. townhouse is a quick walk to Short Sands Beach and the York Beach Shops and Restaurants. With outdoor parking for 3 cars and a 1- car garage, this home can easily accommodate multiple families. The first floor has a large family room with a queen sleeper sofa , full bath, and laundry facilities. The open-concept main floor has a modern kitchen, bar seating for 4, dining room seating for 8, 2 sitting areas, a deck, full bath, and a queen bedroom. The third floor has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with attached full bath, queen bedroom, kids' room with two bunk beds) and another full bath. There is also an outdoor shower, beach toys, and covered storage area.

We had the best stay here! Can’t beat the location. We had 3 families staying with kids 2-8. Plenty of space for everyone, a beautiful deck that was nice and shaded to cool off after beach days. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and MORE than everything for the beach. Sheila was fantastic — reached out the day prior to check in with instructions. Hoping to come back next summer!!! Made the best memories.

Our 3rd time at this well equipped and spacious townhouse! We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 months to 6 years. Location is perfect for families with young kids - short walk to Short Sands Beach, Playground, Arcade, ice cream and smoothies. The house is clean and well maintained with an amazing supply of beach chairs, sand toys and kids books and puzzles.

The home was awesome. Very clean and had everything that you need for a fantastic stay in York. Its location to Short Sands beach/York village made it so easy to walk.

A very pleasant experience. Sheila's house has everything you could ever want. The beds are all very comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean. A short walk into town and to the beach makes this property an ideal place to stay. Can't praise it enough.
