The property was in great condition with a lot of amenities and great use of the yard. Within walking distance to short sand as described and perfect for two families to vacation together. Or one family to really spread out uf the second family had a hiccup and couldn’t make it…

The layout of the house, the lovely yard, and the easy walk to Short Sands made it perfect for a wonderful family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property for a big family!! Clean, well stocked kitchens. The house is lovely without being fussy. Which we appreciate with kids! The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a great surprise! The property is beautiful and peaceful. Walking distance on back roads to Short Sands, which our teens loved! One note, 2 of the bedrooms were walk through to access the two sides of the house, which was slightly inconvenient at times.

I visited this property with four friends in late May/early June. We can't say enough how wonderful our stay was!! You really are getting two houses in one and that allowed us enough space to move around comfortably! The houses were very well maintained and very spacious (we couldn't stop raving about the tasteful, homey decor and huge bathrooms). It really felt like home away from home.
We loved being walking distance from the beach and downtown area where you can find lots of restaurants and activities!
Colette and Mark were great to work with-very responsive and very thorough in providing necessary logistics to make our stay wonderful.
We can't wait to visit again!!
