Welcome to The Luxurious, where a unique boat feeling awaits you. You will be like vacationing on a cruise while keeping all the comfort and amenities this place has to offer. The house has been completely remodeled in 2020 with high-end finishing. An elevator accesses all three levels. The open floor concept in the main living space invites the ocean breeze. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views that act as vitamin sea all the way from the entrance to the living room and the kitchen. A modern fitness room on the lower level also offers breathtaking views of the ocean. A year-round hot tub and firepit will enhance your stay.
After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie : sounds like a perfect day !

The listing doesn’t do it justice. This house is absolutely gorgeous. Hosts were easy to communicate easy to communicate with and very responsive. Close to many places. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our party of 14 adults. We loved the open floor plan in the common area, dining area and kitchen.

The views from the back of this property are drop dead gorgeous! You feel like you’re floating g above the water.The house is very well equipped for all sorts of renters. We were there in Feb with a group of girlfriends celebrating a birthday and we had a private chef come in and make us an amazing meal in the beautiful kitchen. It had so much space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table, the gas fireplace, walk-in showers, nice long dining table to fit everyone, plenty of dishes and utencils, two wet bar areas, and nice linens and blankets. Would love to come back in the summer. Hosts are very responsive. Worth every dollar!

The home was clean and well appointed with essentials in the kitchen. The atomosphere was warm and welcoming. The location on the coast is exceptional. The host communicated during the stay and made sure we were emjoying the home.Would highly recommend this host and property.
