Ocean views , close to the Nubble lighthouse, Gas Grill and weber charcoal grill. Deck , screened porch, living room, Dining room parking for at least 2 vehicles possibly 3. Lovely recently updated single family home sleeps 8 . Awesome family spot or romantic walks on beach

We loved staying here - the house is spacious and comfortable and walkable distance to York Beach village. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, and coffee on the sunporch in the morning. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning up the little ones after the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the house! It was very comfortable for our family trip of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house had an ample amount of beach chairs and other supplies that made life much easier! We enjoyed the sunrises, walking to the beach and downtown area, and short drives to other local attractions. Worth the stay!
