Great spot for us. Centrally located from wedding venue and York Beach.
A couple of items:
Invest in Heat Pumps. They will cool the house more efficiently than ACs and the owner will see the difference in the electric bill. Also ACs we’re really loud.
Need to check the mixing valve. Hot water comes out scalding hot if not careful.

We enjoyed ourselves at Don’s cottage, just a few blicks from Goldenrod. The beds were very comfortable and the wraparound porch was great, especially on a rainy day.

We were there labor day weekend for a wedding at the Union Bluff Meeting House. It was less than a 5 minute walk to town and the beach. The location was perfect! The wrap around porch was a perfect place to eat breakfast and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall it was a really great place to stay!
