Nice place, terrible staff. Wouldn’t go again.

Lack of staff support, we had to wait 40 minutes in front of the hallway door on floor 29 before help arrived because we couldn’t open the door due to internet problems on their side. There are NO staff at the helpdesk in the building. They don’t compensate for their mistakes

Comfortable stay in a well located well appointed property.

Spectacular views of city, well located for train to Amsterdam and walks around The Hague. Modern, comfortable and well designed with all facilities needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer were a bonus. Good parking facilities nearby.

No one at the facility to get help. No balcony or terrace. The room was really dirty unfortunately and the furniture was not in a good shape. Cigarette burns on the bed even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Excellent place to stay.

The view from the 29th floor was fantastic. Plenty of space in the room. Well equipped kitchen. Good access to trams as it is 5 minutes walk to the train station.

The mattress is too soft and makes some noise. For a stay of 10 days there should be some cleaning included in the price instead of an extra charge of 35 euros per cleaning.

Spacious clean apartment

Very spacious, quiet and cozy self catering apartment. Good facilities, everything what's needed for a short stay: well equipped kitchen area, laundry room with washing machine/dryer, iron. Very comfy big bed and generally clean place.

We were excited to stay on the 30th floor to purely enjoy panoramic city views.....unfortunately dirty windows (from outside) defeated the purpose. Otherwise apartment was clean Not the best location and surroundings, we didn't rate it. The Hague is not for us!

Pleasant stay but could be better.

The view on 30th floor was amazing. It was located near the train/tram station and close to restaurants and convenient shops.

Unit 735 was a bit dusty and did not look well prepared for the next tenant when we checked-in. The toilet ventilator fan hole was dusty. The bread toaster was dirty. The fridge had some smell. Unit 736 was also a bit dusty, at the curtain area. The beds were worn out and sunken, needed to be replaced. Bedsheet had some stain. The microwave was dirty. The shower head had marking. Both rooms’ digital keys did not work well and we had to request for physical keys.

A lovely stay and will be returning

The actual apartment itself is very spacious. Beautiful views and modern finished. With such a big space the apartment is nicely furnished. Digital check in was easy and efficient and the location of the property is nice. Close enough to enjoy central.

Great location to everything we needed. 3 mins to train and tram. Felt comfortable walking from station to apartment. 2 supermarkets within 2 mins. Reasonably priced. Great communication from staff. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. So much nicer than staying in Amsterdam. Quick trip in on the train and you are there
