Centre of town and nearby eatery. Definitely a good stopover.
It looks like it has not been lived in. A scary feels perhaps it is an old area.

Central Chinatown location, very informative and helpful host, comfortable room. Don’t see host the whole visit, but very easy to communicate via WhatsApp.
The bathroom tap made strange noises unless we left it on all night. Should get that fixed.

The location is great. Its within walking distance from convenience shops and also bars and restaurants are within 5min by foot. If you like shopping malls, Plaza Merdeka is 8 min away by foot also. Overall its a great place to stay for a short period.
The bar coffee shop downstairs can be quite noise at night and you might be disturbed by it. To me, it wasnt a big of a deal, but if you are a light sleeper, it will be.

Great location and the place has a lot of character. Good aircon in the room and complementary water was very helpful. Owner was helpful and very responsive. Easy self check in.
Sadly was just too noisy to be relaxed. Early wake up and loud music from nearby at night. Partly the nature of the central location and old building but also currently there are renovation works taking place in the property.
It was a real shame that the cafe was closed too!
