The location is fantastic. Access to a quiet lake como beach is literally downstairs, and the balcony lakeside view is amazing. The host was nice and responsive to our questions. The apartment had what we needed for our stay. Parking is convenient.
The living room air conditioning was a bit weak. Our host offered to come and fix it but it was not urgent for us.

Perfect location for a holiday at Lake Lecco / Lake Como. You can easily reach Varenna (25 min/car) and others sights/towns by car, boat or train.
It’s a small local town away from the major tourist places which we liked a lot.
Excellent view and lawn/beach in front of the apartment. The apartment had all necessary amenities plus private parking.
Everything was really great. The bed could be better. The shower was quite small and some might feel that the noise from the traffic was too much. But if the windows to the street were closed you didn’t notice it. More kitchen knives would be nice.
