Die Fabrik - Hostel

Located in a neighborhood that is both vibrant and quiet. The hostel has a wonderful retro vibe and offers great comfort. The rooms are clean, and the female dormitory is situated in a corner of the building, ensuring good privacy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very well located. The room was very clean and spacious and the pillows were very comfortable. They were very very very helpful with an emergency that happened in our friend group, and called us an ambulance and explained what happened in German.

Unfortunately, the shared bathroom (mainly the toilets) didn’t have the same level of cleanliness.

Location was great, very close to the East Side Gallery, and it was very cheap

The worst was that there were two see-through showers one next to the other, no curtain, also no possibility to lock the door of the shower room at all, which equals zero privacy. Beds are not numbered and specifically assigned to each guest, so I had to change mine and put the sheets on again on another bed because I went back to the room and found someone else sleeping there. The facilities also look way better in picture than in reality.
