Single room with private bathroom, ground floor with no direct sunlight, this saved me from the scorching heat Berlin was experiencing. Bed not super great for my back, but ok for my nights stay. I would stay here again. Excellent location for my travel plans.

Booked for 4 nights. I let the property know in advance that I will be checking in between 10 pm-11pm. Arrived at 10.50 pm straight from the airport. Hotel closed, reception closed, lights off, no bell to ring at the door, nobody picked the phone up. Eventually I had to phone Agoda and managed to cancel the booking and looked for another place to stay at. All this in -10 degrees.

The place was clean and the location was perfect for moving around the city. The first night the heater was not working but the staff helped us with blankets and they fixed it. I recommend it.
