Location is in a very busy environment.

Rooms are very small and was warm at night no fan. On booking Reception was going to be closed at 20pm but around 18:00 they where leaving. The guy was not that friendly. Maybe he had a bad day.

The room was great, I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini-kitchen with a small fridge. Beds were comfortable, but possibly too soft for some, and also were 2 twins pushed together (but that easily moved apart when I shifted, like they were on wheels??) But overall it was great, and I would stay there again.

Firstly, it was a huge struggle to find the place because of the construction scaffolding blocking the sign. I wandered up and down the block for like 20 minutes before a good samaritan pointed me in the right direction. Secondly, the man at the check-in counter was obnoxious. He ignored me at first, and when he finally looked at me (without saying anything), I politely asked "Can I check in?" and he responded "I can't comment on your ability to, but you're allowed to". After my struggle to find the place, plus having difficulty walking due to a medical procedure, his comment on top of all that REALLY irked me.

Location

The hotel itself was fine, but the experience at reception was unfortunately very disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk was inattentive, unfriendly and projected a consistently negative attitude. Not once did I feel welcomed. Simple gestures such as saying hello, good morning or goodbye seemed to be too much effort. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to him, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived until I left. Reception is the face of a hotel, and first impressions matter. A more welcoming and professional attitude would make a huge difference. If dealing with guests appears to be such a burden, perhaps a role that doesn’t involve customer service would be a better fit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the attitude of one employee can significantly affect the overall guest experience.
