    This is the most beautiful and cozy hotel room I stayed during my trip to Germany. Although Locke at East Side Gallery is not close to Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hbf), it is located right next to the East Side Gallery. Therefore, getting to the hotel is not difficult, as the nearest S-Bahn station, Ostbahnhof, is only a short walk away (around 6 minutes). The room I stayed in was beautiful, especially because of the balcony. Since the hotel is situated beside the River Spree, I was able to enjoy lovely river views from my room. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. The room was also air-conditioned, which was a great advantage given the hot weather in Germany this summer. In addition, the room was very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that I think could be improved is the lack of adequate cabinet and storage space in the bathroom for placing clothes and towels while showering. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travellers without hesitation.

    Stylish rooms, easy check in and out + one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Rooms were noise proof and well equiped (small kitchen, fridge, iro , etc). The gym was also good for a hotel. Only thing to improve: bed was pn the smaller side, cleanliness could improve (bit of dust in corners, no daily cleaning or towel change), street was a bit loud - next time I would pay a more to face the river. However when the windows wrre closed, we could not hear anything. All in all we had a super stay here.

    No daily cleaning service - no telephone to contact reception in the room - food options are extremely basic but a nice Italian restaurant nearby
