    Stylish rooms, easy check in and out + one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Rooms were noise proof and well equiped (small kitchen, fridge, iro , etc). The gym was also good for a hotel. Only thing to improve: bed was pn the smaller side, cleanliness could improve (bit of dust in corners, no daily cleaning or towel change), street was a bit loud - next time I would pay a more to face the river. However when the windows wrre closed, we could not hear anything. All in all we had a super stay here.

    Hipster staff that cannot be bothered, terrible communication via Agoda because "we got locked out of our account" (pathetic excuse!). The location sucks for Berlin tourists, it's miles from the centre and the train is a pain because Germany doesn't do clear signs so you have to work every move out because it's not clear. The coffee shop is average and not even owned by the hotel so breakfast is super limited. Find somewhere else, you'll feel more welcome and better served for sightseeing if you stay nearer the centre. Sadly this is the second Locke group hotel i've stayed at and the issues are the same. The last was in manchester and it has exactly the same vibe. Clearly owned by an invested group not actual hotel people.

    The room is spacious and clean, the staffs are very friendly and the location is great too. We enjoyed our stay.

    No daily cleaning service - no telephone to contact reception in the room - food options are extremely basic but a nice Italian restaurant nearby
