For me, the hostel is representative for the area: low barrier, creative, multiculture, good priced etc. And central to Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. Perfect!

The subdued, tasteful room decoration - single paint color and silver dipped lighting - instead of one of those noisy, hippy artistic "expressions". LARGE personal lockers. Remodeled floor bathrooms/showers Beautiful, international social vibe🍻
Crazy noisy bunkbeds. Loud & inappropriate headbanger rock music in the morning?! Nothing🌻about THAT. I think €8 laundry is steep (but washing powder is free).

It felt connected! Everything I needed was close by. Great social hub to get to know people
Connected to a bar. The toilets in the evening were disgusting. Multiple times the toilet roll had been urinated on or there was just grime everywhere. The capsules.. were comfortable but the heat in them was ridiculous. The magnetised door lock was putting out so much heat it would burn you to touch it and it just caused the entire pod itself to become an oven
