    Room looked nothing like pictured and there was literal mold growing in the room. The kitchen smelt horribly of mildew and it was visibly dirty throughout the hostel. Within 30 minutes of check-in I checked out of this place as I felt it was a danger to my health and there was nothing more I needed to discover. There are no lockers or safes and only 1 bed in my room had access to an outlet. They put me in a different room than what I paid for. When I spoke with reception about why I was leaving they refused to give me a refund and I’ve been fighting for my money back for over a month. Stay at Pfefferbett instead it’s fantastic this place was terrible.
