Singer109 Hostel, Hotel & Apartment

The room was nice and clean when I arrived, check in was easy and the lobby looks amazing

At first there were no soap in the bathroom, but later it was refilled, also there were no locks on the personal lockers, which was an unfortunate surprise for me

The pod was secure and can be locked so felt comfortable leaving items in there. Good location close to the Berlin TV tower. Pool table and buffet breakfast. Full kitchen area to make food.

Only one bathroom between up to 16 people staying in one dorm. One of the showers had see through clear glass meaning someone could see straight through. Not enough lockers for each person to have enough space so me and my girlfriend had to put our bags Inside our pods which was a tight squeeze for space.

The Staff was amazing, they were super kind and helpful towards me

The Wifi wasnt good on my room and cabin

It’s quite nice that the beds are made (doesn’t happen in every hostel). Rooms are spacious and with en suite bathroom and toilet (both are separate so you can be used without bothering roommates).

My room key stopped working, even when I kept it in my cardholder without keeping it next to my phone. Thus, it could not have been magnetisation from my phone even though this was suggested by reception (the same happened to a few roommates). Not all staff was as friendly. The rooms are nice but the bunk beds are not attached to the walls, so take note you do feel all movements from guests sharing the bunk bed. If you’re a light sleeper, I would avoid these beds.
