Everything was just fine, the experience with the Apartment, location and access to public transport.
But it was a bit of hassle to enter the main entrance, how ever it worked well for the room. The pin code shared didn't seem to work for the first 2 days. I called the customer care and it was an AI agent in the other side answering and couldn't put me to a human. Do for a few times some one helped me to enter the main entrance, this worked during busy hours as someone always accessed frequently, I had very tough time when it was odd hours and I restrained from going out and I was scared to be locked out, for this reason, I give 2 stars to staff, actually it shouldn't even be 2 as I could never speak to someone.
For families traveling with Children and who mess by spilling food or something, it's hard to tidy it up as there are no cleaning things like a broom. So 4 stars for facilities.
