Minimal Hostel No 41

Its phenomenal exceeded my expectations and I felt completely at home. The layout of the whole seperate level of flooring feels really spacious I saw someone say about curtains but it barely felt like others were in the room due to the size and space apart from each bed only thing that reminded me of others company was when you would hear them coming through the creaky doors! I got lucky with being by the window furthest away from the door and on the top floor bed I love the care and thought that has gone into the space while still being stylish like the dresser, rails, divider, towel layed out on beds really felt luxury I loved the facilities too toilet nearby rooms PLUS the joy of a downstairs bathroom that feels far enough away from the bedrooms that you can move around without worrying about disturbing others! Was all VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Lots of products left over from other travellers laid out for free use, hairdryer, feminine products etc. Never saw any member of staff or cleaner the whole time I was there they are like magic fairys waving there wands in this place! The check in and out was easy and painless, I will definetly be returning to this hostel if I find myself in Berlin again anytime soon. Thank you for the hospitality 💜

A very hostel feel, well furnished with tea. Clean sheets hot water. Has a lock for your belongings near your bed.

Maybe oil up the joints that creak when you open the door at night.

Bathroom facilities world class for a hostel. More like a boutique hotel. Nice original layout of the room. Communication via whatsapp excellent and the cleaning lady is fantastic! What a sweet woman. Very peaceful and tiny hostel (6befs and a few private rooms). Location in beautiful area. This is w hostel for sleeping in peace and lesser for the interaction.

Privacy between beds is less than expected. If you have the first lower bunk you are very close right next to the door and that could be annoying.

Staff completely dropping the ball on check-in. Bedding leaves something to be desired - I've slept on more plush sailboat bunks than the mattress here. No toilet paper in the toilet. Seriously, that is the minimum that should be attended to. Absolutely no excuse.
