Minimal Hostel No.43

Super central location in a quiet Kreuzberg street. The area felt safe, is close to the U bahn and bus stops and within walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shops, and a market at the end of the road on some days. Great design with lots of space per bed. Nice clean bathrooms. Very quiet almost silent inside the building the whole time I was there. Comfy beds with great storage and facilities. Communal kitchen / lounge is well equipped.

Would prefer to have curtains across the end of the bed pods for added privacy and also to control light pollution from other beds at night which kept me awake slightly when others left lights on and went out.

Really clean, good facilities and good location. Easy to access, the check in and check out are seamless.

Everything is great but the bunk rooms would be improved with some curtains or blinds on the main windows. All the bunks are open, which is fine but was a bit surprising. But the windows in the bunk room open onto a courtyard and there are people coming and going through the night which sets off a couple of security lights so it can be very difficult to get to/stay asleep. If they sorted this it would be an absolutely brilliant hostel.

Located on a quiet side street in Kreutzberg/NK. Small scale with very clean and tidy facilities.

The private room I was in had only one small window facing the street with limited privacy unless you fully close the shutter.

Had a private double room for 3 nights and shared bathroom with other guests. Everything was clean, tidy and quiet which was perfect for us.

The room was at the other end to the entrance and other side of the dorm beds, so had to walk past / through the main dorm room each time when leaving or entering the room. This wasn’t a negative in our eyes, we just hope we didn’t disturb the other guests at all.
