Easy communication with staff, clear instructions on getting in. Everything was very clean, in bathrooms there were shower gels, we also got towels. In the kitchen there was everything we needed, no problem with storing food in the fridge and warming it up. Room was spacious, I was suprised with how comfortable it was for this price.
There was no hot water on our floor, but we were provided with a key to the floor downstairs, so it wasn't much of an inconvienience. The floor and doors in the building are ancient and their creaking was so loud, I was immediately woken up if someone started walking, even if it wasn't in our apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist schon gut angewöhnt, besonders das Gemeinschaftsbad ist nicht mehr schön, Duschtüre schließt nicht, dadurch schwimmt der Bandboden, und wenn andere Gäste dann auch noch beim Verlassen nicht mal den Duschvorleger aufhängen können, wird es Eckelhaft. Also das negative ist neben der Reperaturbedürftigkeit eher auf andere Gäste zurück zu führen.
