以前ドミトリーに宿泊して良かったので、今回はプライベートルームを利用しました。部屋は快適で静か、居心地も良く、スタッフも親切でした。外国人スタッフが対応してくれたため、英語でのコミュニケーションもでき、とても良い経験になりました。立地も京都観光どこへ行くにも便利で良かったです。機会があれば次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。

スタッフはみなさん親切でフレンドリーです。リクエストした内容にも対応していただき、困っていたため助かりました。1日中街を散策するのにもってこいな立地です。

The staff and the ppl who shared the room! the space we used at the restaurant, the flexibility and help from the management. its not Japan in the matter of strict. it was all about customer oriented service
The place is not fancy bur spacious, japanese wood house is old but for me it was a great experience

京都の宿ということで、いかにも京都人が繊細におもてなししてくれるものだと想像していたが、屋内に入るや否やそこにいるのはスタッフも含めて欧米人ばかりで、しかもイスラエルのでっかい国旗が壁に貼ってあって一瞬のけぞったが、若いスタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーに対応してくれて、まるで海外にいるような気分を満喫できた。一階のレストランで出る地中海料理は少し高いがとても美味しい！
京風の古い町屋を改造した建物なので狭小なのは仕方ないが、滞在中の動作がほぼアスレチックだった。トイレも狭い階段の踊り場にあって、気を付けないと転げ落ちそうになるし、二段ベッドも天井すれすれで上り下りがやっとのことだった。好奇心旺盛で元気な若者にとっては、外国人たちと仲良くなれるし、視野がどんどん広がるという点で是非お勧めしたいが、私のような４０過ぎのオッサンにとっては、多少高くとももう少しまともなホテルを選んだ方がいいかもしれない。
