Checking in was very confusing since you actually had to wait for the bar to open.

Good location. Good sized room and nice clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Noise from pub and live music was just too loud for children. Unless you are able to go join in at the pub you cannot sleep.

Once owner was informed of ongoing issues of roadworks right outside the room we were offered a new room for the following evening however we had already booked to move to a new location, no payment was taken due to the ongoing roadworks which were being worked at until 11.30pm!
Roadworks were right outside the room and no mention of this at time of booking. These continued until 11.30pm and my daughter was very upset as she could not get to sleep.
