It was amazing experience. Perfect location.

The locations was good. There is washing machine, many beds can handle 8 persons

Just one air-condition in the hall , in batumi humidity weather you need another one

Nice and tidy apartment very close to the sea (3 min. walk]. Three sunny rooms with air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need to prepare dishes. The bath in the bathroom needs a little bit renovation, but still everything is in a good condition. Special thanks to the owner of the apartment - he was very helpful and hospitable. He took us from the bus station and helped us in our further journeys through Georgia (he helped to organise the bus and to communicate with the driver, which is not easy in Georgia if you don't know Russian or Georgian well).

The staircase and the lift looked somewhat scary. Still, the neighbours were OK and nothing unpleasant had happened.
