Просторная квартира, с большими комнатами и большой кухней. Есть все что необходимо для комфортного жилья! До пляжа пешком идти 5 минут. Жилье находится в центре, поэтому большинство необходимых локаций находятся рядом.

Очень комфортная и чистая квартира. Находится на 8 этаже, лифт всегда работал. Вид с окна и балкона изумительный-на приморский парк,море,Шератон. Этот район Батуми самый уютный и удобный для отдыха-море в 5 минутах,старый центр тоже в 5 минутах. За домом Хинкальная-1, популярное место с отличной кухней,магазины. В самой квартире хорошая посуда,полотенца и постельное бельё отличные! Хозяева- приятная и отзывчивая семья,мы очень им благодарны за гостеприимство!

Уютно и комфортно, приветливые хозяева, которые встретили нас и все объяснили, показали. Квартира большая, просторная и чистая, есть лифт, большой балкон,удобное расположение:рядом пляж ,магазин и чудесная хинкальня ,основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности.Очень рекомендую.
